Yes that’s right, our design fees are included in our quoted price meaning there are no hidden extras. Some design agencies will charge you to design the promotional graphics and POS, then outsource to another company for them to be produced.

Having our own design team and printing facilities means that lead times are shorter compared to using separate companies for each. This enables us to quote a standard 3 working day turnaround for production and nationwide delivery for almost all products, once designs have been signed off. We only use reputable delivery companies to ensure a hassle-free delivery experience.

Our head office spans over 3 units, 2 of which we use for production and storage of materials. The other unit is used by our office staff who deal with customers, design graphics and deal with the day to day operation of the company. We also have a large conference room where we hold meetings and video calls with our customers.

We have developed our own online portal, designed for larger motor groups. This enables dealerships to log into the portal, browse artwork that has been pre-approved by the central office, then order directly from DVLC. This saves a lot of time and creates huge efficiencies across the group when ordering vehicle graphics and point of sale.
