Discount Vehicle Lettering Company (DVLC) are currently looking for an experienced Customer Account Handler to join their team.
DVLC are a specialist sign maker to the motor trade throughout the UK. We design, print and manufacture vehicle graphics, showroom and forecourt point of sale products.
Working in conjunction with our marketing and design teams, the role will be to build and maintain our customer database whilst promoting our latest products and services. You will be required to present and promote DVLC’s full range of services to independent car dealerships, motor groups, through to car manufacturer level including relevant marketing agencies and print management companies.
We are looking for a professional, driven and motivated individual who can communicate well and create a rapport with our customers both on the telephone and in person. You must have a background within the motor trade from either Sales, Service or Marketing, where presentation and delivery of exceptional customer experience is key along with an understanding of the industry and trends.
We are looking for individuals that possess the following attributes:
· Strong communication and telephone skills for customer liaison and team communication
· Polite telephone manner
· Excellent time keeping / management
· Good organisation skills
· IT literate
· Drive and determination to succeed
· Valid driver’s license
